About Us

Established in 1964, Elecfab are Sheet Metal & General Fabricators.

Operating from modern, purpose-built premises, with a highly skilled workforce and extensively equipped with the latest precision CNC manufacturing machinery.

Fabrication services are provided to a wide range of industry. This ranges from architectural steel, food, chemical, power generation, pharmaceutical to waste treatment.

Elecfab’s capabilities include specialised machinery construction, bespoke architectural fabrications, general sheet metal and fabricated components.

Within Elecfab’s 15,000 sqft manufacturing workshops, comprehensive CNC punching / bending / cutting, MIG, TIG, stick and spot welding are offered, using both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

On-site services are also provided for.

Elecfab have an excellent Health & Safety record, with an in-house NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager, who advises and oversees Health & Safety related issues, including the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for on-site activities.

Enclosures and Cabinets

Ranging from small mass produced enclosures to large bespoke motor control centres.

Specialities include the ability to manufacture in stainless steel, mild steel and Zintec.

Environmental protection up to IP65 can be designed and built in if required.

Stillages, Hoppers and Storage

Are fabricated to individual requirements.

Our engineering team can precisely reverse engineer and produce AutoCad drawings for approval and manufacture.

Drawings and illustrations can also be provided using industry standard Solid Works.

Shipping Container Conversion

Design and conversion of standard shipping containers to the customer's exact requirements.

Shipping containers can be converted into control rooms, sub stations, labs, office spaces, storage units, canteen or catering space.

The fit out can include doors, windows, cladding, insulation, air conditioning, plumbing, wiring, security locks and CCTV systems.

The fit out is completed to any colour scheme along with in-house produced graphic signage.

Ductwork

From basic ductwork installations, through to complex ductwork systems. Elecfab can manufacture non-standard ductwork and shape transition pieces.

Manufactured from galvanised sheet metal to specialised sheet metal.

In order to provide a complete manufacturing service, Elecfab have an in-house powder coating plant.

The powder coating plant provides pre-treatment preparation, masking, coating and packaging.

The powder coating plant provides a high quality, cost effect and fast turnaround of manufactured components.

An extensive range of both BS and RAL colours are carried in stock.
